ADP test страх., эк. тр., амер. проверка процента фактически отложенных сумм*, тест на процент фактически отложенных сумм* (один из видов проверки, ежегодно проводимых пенсионными планами для определения их соответствия требованиям о недопущении дискриминации невысокооплачиваемых работников; основывается на анализе величины процента фактически отложенных сумм для высокооплачиваемых и невысокооплачиваемых работников; при проведении этой проверки сначала рассчитывается коэффициент фактически отложенных сумм для каждого участника пенсионного плана; после этого отдельно рассчитывается процент фактически отложенных сумм для двух групп работников: для всех высокооплачиваемых работников, участвующих в плане, и для всех невысокооплачиваемых работников, участвующих в плане; затем сравниваются проценты фактически отложенных сумм для этих двух групп работников; проверка считается пройденной, если процент фактически отложенных сумм для высокооплачиваемых работников превышает процент фактически отложенных сумм для невысокооплачиваемых работников не более, чем на законодательно установленное предельно допустимое количество процентных пунктов)
